I was at my great nephew's (Vincent Vandenberg's) wedding on March 22, Saturday at Chateau La Mer and in all the weddings I've been to in my life of 75 years, this one took the cake.
I want to praise and thank you as the best catering manager and then your waiting staff, they were wonderful. The service was exceptional. You have a great crew. They were kind, patient, through, attentive & spotlessly clean. You should be very proud of what you do and proud of your staff.
The food was plentiful and exceptional in taste & presentation. My compliments to the "Chef of Chefs". I would recommend your services to anyone I hear of who is getting married or any occasion.
Vincent's mother said her phone is still ringing with people calling to thank her for inviting them to the best wedding they've ever been to. I hope that by word of mouth, your business will prosper & grow.

My husband and I want to thank you for doing such an exceptional job on our daughters christening. You made us feel very confident that you were going to do a great job and you did. I was relieved that I didn't have to worry about anything. Your staff was excellent. The bartender was very friendly and made a good impression on a lot of my guests because when they came up to the bar he made sure that there drinks were ready, without them even asking. My maitre d' Matt was excellent, he was on top of things the whole night. He made sure we ate and always had a drink in our hand. He even got our things together and put them in the car for us at the end of the night. I was very impressed with your service. We would like to again express our heartfelt thanks and gratitude for such a wonderful evening last Saturday, July 19th at our Wedding Anniversary Party.
